Problematika Pendidikan Islam dan Tawara Strategi
Abstract
Pendidikan Islam merupakan pondasi pembentukan manusia seutuhnya dalam kehidupan, dengan pendidikan Islam manusia akan mengetahui sesuatu yang mesti mendapatkan perhatian penuh, namun problematika pendidikan seiring dengan perkembangan zaman tidak bisa dielakkan sehingga dibutuhkan kejelian serta kecermatan dalam memilih strategi dan metode dalam proses pembelajaran. Pendidikan Islam dihadapkan dengan segudang problem diantaranya : kurangnya tenaga pendidik yang profesional, rendahnya kesejahteraan (gaji) tenaga pendidik, pembelajaran ditekankan pada segi kognitif dan asumsi kurang baik terhadap lulusan. Kondisi ini sangat nyata, sehingga untuk menghadapi kondisi ini perlu adanya langkah konkrit seperti: membangun paradigma pendidikan Islam yang sesungguhnya, lebih menekankan pada pembelajaran yang bersifat afektif, kesejahteraan harus disesuaikan dan yang paling penting adalah hasil (lulusan) yang profesional.
